Children’s Policy: All Ages Event. All patrons need a valid ticket for entry regardless of age. Strictly no standing or dancing is permitted in the Mezzanine and Dress Circle. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holders: Some accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. Our preferred Car Park is located at the Queen Victoria Building (QVB). The entry to the car park is via York Street, with the option to self-park or utilize the valet parking service. Please present your parking ticket at the Theatre Manager Office to validate your parking for a discount rate of $12 during weeknights (entry after 5pm) and weekends. Is there seating available for individuals with accessibility needs in State Theatre, Sydney?

Wheelchair and disabled seating through the State Theatre. Call 1300 446 925 OR 02 8272 2700 for bookings. Due to heritage restrictions the State theatre currently has no hearing loop or disabled toilet within the theatre. Access to the State Theatre is on Market Street with seating on ground level.
