The Star provides valet parking is available 7 days a week. Please enter the hotel porte cochere off Jones Bay Rd. A self-park car park can be entered from either Pirrama Rd or Edward St. Disabled parking bays are conveniently located in the vicinity of the carpark entrance lobbies. Please be advised that The Star car park is regularly reaching capacity by 5pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. We recommend Harbourside Car Park located 5-10 minute walk from the theatre. A special $12 Parking Rate for Theatre Patrons is available at Harbourside Car Park, Wilsons Parking. Located 5-10 minute walk from the theatre at 100 Murray Street in Pyrmont NSW 2009. Patrons must validate their parking ticket in the Sydney Lyric Cloak Room after the show to access the special rate.

The 2000-seat Lyric Theatre is wheelchair- and hearing-impaired friendly. For special needs theatre bookings please call 02 9509 3600 between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. All toilet blocks located within The Star complex offer Easy Access toilet facilities for those with special needs and disabilities. There are also disabled toilets in the Stalls and Dress Circle Foyer of the Sydney Lyric Theatre
