In general, children over the age of 12 months must purchase a seat. Strollers, prams and baby capsules are not permitted in the Theatre but may be cloaked at the desk in the Theatre West Foyer.

Wheelchair access to the venue is via ground level (Theatre Door 2). Disabled access toilets are also located on the ground floor. HEARING LOOP The Crown Theatre has a hearing loop installed which can be accessed by patrons who have an appropriate hearing aid that can be tuned to the correct frequency. This hearing loop covers the centre of the Lounge seating area (12 seats either side of the centre aisle between Rows D & W).
